DIRECTIONS
From the North:
Just south of the I-75 / I-40 split, on I-75, take Exit 81 for U.S. 321 South (Left ) to Lenoir City. Continue South on 321 through Lenoir City, over Hwy 11, and over the Fort Loudon Dam. Coming off the dam, take the first right onto Hwy 444 / Tellico Parkway. Travel approx. 7.9 miles, to the one traffic light at Chota Rd. (Marathon Station on the right). Turn Right onto Chota Road, then take the first left. The Lakeside Real Estate Group offices are in the first building nearest the road.
From the South:
On I-75 heading north, take Exit 72 going south (right) towards Loudon. Travel south approx. 10 miles to the southern end of 444 / Tellico Parkway. Turn north (left) onto 444 / Tellico Parway and travel approx. 4.5 miles to Chota Road. Turn left on Chota Road and take the first left. The Lakeside Real Estate Group offices are in the first building nearest the road.
